# Profile

### What is the Profile feature:

A feature developed by Pier Cloud that allows you to view the logged in person's Profile and make any necessary changes.

### How to use the Profile feature:

1. Clicking on the user profile, in the “**Settings**” option, as illustrated below:

2. The system will display the side menu with some configuration options, where the “Profile” option must be selected:

3. On the main Profile screen, the system allows you to view user information, including editing the **Name, Last Name and Email**.

For customers who log in via SSO, it will not be possible to change the email or password, and it will be necessary to contact your company's support.

By clicking the **Save** button, the changes will be completed:

4. In the top right corner, you can change the password:

5. By clicking on the "Change password" button, the password change screen will be displayed, where you will need to enter your **current password** and your **new password**:

In addition to presenting the minimum requirements for changing your password:

* Contain a minimal of 8 characters
* Contain lowercase letters
* Contain uppercase letters
* Contain numbers
* Contain special characters

If the new password meets all the listed requirements, the save button will be displayed so that you can successfully complete the password change.

6. Once this is done, the system will save the new password and return to the main Profile screen.
