# Manage access

**Step-by-step execution:**

**Step 2**: Select the “**Manage access**” option;

**Step 3**: The system will open the screen to manage Workspace access, allowing you to make the workspace Public or Private and inform the people who can have access, if it is private.

Click "**OK**" and your Workspace access will be updated.
