Platform Access:

You can access the platform in two different ways:

• One option is via email and access password: In this case, access is granted by an internal area of the company, usually the security teams. An email from Pier is sent to users with a temporary password that must be changed after the first login.

• Another option is via Single Sign-On (SSO): It is possible to connect by integrating with any access platform in an automated way, such as: Microsoft, Google, or Jump Cloud. In this case, a corporate email may or may not be required, depending on the company's access structure. Additionally, it is also possible to configure access segmentation based on the existing profile within the organization's hierarchical structure, making it possible to create access profile groups so that users only have access to the necessary data through the configured hierarchy.
